1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations between KiDO COLLECTIVE
GROUP s.r.o. (the Seller) and its customers (the Buyer).
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.
The Seller operates in accordance with Czech and EU law, including Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil
Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. (Consumer Protection).
2. Order and Contract Formation
The Buyer places an order via the Seller’s website or official channels.
The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email.
The Seller may refuse an order if stock is unavailable or previous obligations were breached.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment options include card, bank transfer, or other methods listed on the website.
The Seller may change prices but not for confirmed orders.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available within the Czech Republic, the EU, and internationally.
Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Ownership passes to the Buyer upon full payment and receipt of goods.
5. Withdrawal from Contract (Returns)
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
The Buyer pays return shipping; refunds are issued within 14 days after inspection.
6. Complaints and Warranty
The Seller is liable for defects within 24 months of delivery.
Complaints must be made promptly via email or in writing.
All complaints will be resolved within 30 days.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is processed per GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Data is used solely for processing orders and communication.
No personal data is shared beyond necessary logistics or legal obligations.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Disputes shall be resolved by Czech courts, in compliance with EU consumer protection
regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and text on the Seller’s website are the intellectual property of KiDO
COLLECTIVE GROUP s.r.o.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any material without written permission is
prohibited.
10. Final Provisions
The Seller may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official
website.
These Terms take effect on 1 August 2025
